Front-loading car kiln models come equipped with pilot light, welded heavy angle iron frame, stainless steel jacket, steel rail track, and Bartlett Instrument’s 12 key digital V6-CF or RTC-1000 controller. The controller provides cone fire and ramp-hold user programs with multiple features including delay start, preheat, cone offset, skip step, and many more for precise firings every time. Messages and Information are available for reviewing a firing profile before or during the firing, viewing the current segment the firing is in, and cone table for easy lookup of temperature and cone number equivalents. The FL12E Car kiln is equipped with its own breaker box for easy access, safety, and lockout.

Additional options include upgrading to the Genesis touchscreen controller, 480-volt, Type S thermocouple, vent, and much more!
